- We work for Airtran/Southwest so these planes are available to us in the airport. We have a 2.5 year old boy who loves airplanes and knows daddy & mommy fly them. It is a great size for little hands and very detailed just like the real 737. Yes, the tail does break off, the wing tips have broken off and the nose gear has broken off. Landing gear is still holding on and I'm not sure how. The logos are cheap stickers that peel off easily-within a week or so but don't let that discourage you from buying it-the kid doesn't care if the logo is on there! He flies it around the house and makes takeoff noises. He clutches it when we go to restaurants and makes it fly off everything in sight. He makes everything a runway with this plane. For the amount of abuse this plane goes through I think to have lost just the tips is pretty good. Our plane get thrown in the same toy bin as the metal hot wheels and it is his favorite go to toy. He has a few of these and I said I would just replace it when it got too bad but I haven't had to yet. Once the stickers begin to peel just go ahead and take it all the way off. I tried to save the sticker and once it's ready to come off the kid won't leave it alone either.
